Sister company Inno-Tech offer a large range of bag makers.

All purpose build lines kitted out with a checkweigher will be using trend feedback to automatically adjust the Multihead or Auger filler. This increases weight accuracy, and reduces give-away.

Product Spotlight: M-Pack PE-NET

Prins has developed a new style packaging for potatoes, oranges,  lemons, apples pears and bulb products.

Prins UK will be running a REVO 3800 S continuous motion machine, fitted with a Markem Smartdate 5 thermal transfer printer.

The new M-pack machine is equipped with an, a-symmetrical forming shoulder, and special film carriage-reel drive + auto film tracking.

The new style M-Pack machine can run all traditional packaging materials like PE and PE/NET as well as the new free standing PE-NET block bottom bag for better presentation in supermarkets.

Prins UK build also long product multihead weighers, who will weigh such as asparagus, spring onions, leeks and runner beans, up to a maximum product length of 450mm including auto infeed into VFFS machinery.
