Twin Lane "Hot Dessert" Checkweigher

Based on their highly successful Apex ACW 25 light duty checkweigher, Prins UK Ltd has launched the twin lane Apex checkweigher. Designed to accept cartons or bags from in feed conveyors on close centres, the machine can operate at speeds up to 600/min.

New Development of MLC 8/16

The new MLC 8/16 has been specially designed for handling frozen fish fillets and long piece products.

Based on our highly successful range of linear multiheads, the new 4 stage MLC 8/16 In-Line Multihead uses a special multi-channel pre-feed orientation section that enables pieces up to 400 mm long to be handled.

Continued Customer Satisfaction

TWO MORE powder filling machines ordered by major International soft drinks company. The two filling machines were purchased to accurately fill up to 6kg of product into hand presented bags. Combined with a manually rotated bag feeding carousel, the system is designed to optimise the output of a semi automatic filling line.

Potato Multiheads

Potatoes have their own particular handling requirements. The are susceptible to bruising and the size can vary up to 140mm diameter or more. Traditionally handled on linear multiheads, we have therefore developed our new MLC 5/10.

15Kg Packed Easily

Packing potatoes and onions up to 15k are applications which are easily satisfied by our new range of two lever, large capacity, in-line multiheads. Reduced drop heights and a belt outfeed avoided product damage and twin outlet weighpans maximised selections whilst minimising overall width.

An enquiry from a large African company for packing powders, resulted in an order for a fully integrated bulk feeding, filling and bagging system. Special Forming Shoulders Special forming shoulders were produced for the Inno-Tech machine to enable it to handle laminate film in addition to the more common polythene material.
