Features
Management Information - "Live" production information from up to 255 Apex checkweighers and other Prins systems are available to a desktop PC.
The Design - The three-sided design ensures absolute minimum vibration of the load cell, mounted at the apex of the pyramid - just where it's needed for superb weighing accuracy.
Quick Release Belts - These belts can be removed and replaced without tools for ease of cleaning and rapid servicing.
Floor Stability - Apex is not affected by an uneven floor or by drainage slopes. Potential stability problems have been overcome by its unique three-point floor mounting system.
The Bearings - APEX bearings automatically take up any misalignment in the drive or idle rollers, using a patented bearing mounting.
Using a digital loadcell APEX Checkweighers provide noise free, accurate weighing. This allows APEX Checkweighers to handle both heavy and light duty applications at speeds of up to 300 packs per minute, subject to application.
Control - As standard, APEX Checkweighing machines are equipped with a clear and bright backlit LCD control screen, which can be rotated through 300 degrees, enabling it to be viewed from any position on the production line.
Hygiene - The easy clean surfaces are designed to discourage the build up of dirt. The total omission of all nuts, bolts or clips in the systems' assembly, entirely removes bug traps and ensures (with their IP65 protection) that they can be washed down efficiently.
