Ready Meals

Prins has developed a completely new ready meal line with less downtime including auto loading using the same crates as the raw material is supplied in, no conveyors needed!

Machines are mobile, and fitted with quick release parts, all machine are supplied with an extra set of parts to make product change-over quicker while the other set is being cleaned.

The design can be used for fresh and frozen product and can accommodate dual components in the same tray, fresh and frozen at a fixed weight at the same time.

The user friendly interface gives the operator complete control over production. Speeds vary in different format machines from 30 to 60 trays per minute with 1 or 2 components per tray. Machines are used for cut salad, mixed vegetables, fish, various meats including marinated products, pasta and other precooked or raw products.

Weighing pans are constructed so that they are self discharging and no product can be left behind.
