Service and Spares teams operate in unison to provide a coordinated customer support network. The service engineers in the field, each of whom has many years of experience in our industry, provide the front line of support for our customers. This is backed up by the service co-ordination team in the department, who will be our customers' first point of contact. They will analyse the nature and level of support needed, to ensure the speedy resolution of any problems. Where possible telephone support and guidance is given for the customers engineers.

Prins UK are dedicated to customer support. We are aware that our customers are the most important people in our business and we are totally dependent on them. Without customers, we do not exist.

Our service engineers trained in both electronic and mechanical applications, and are quickly contactable by mobile phone. Depending on location and availability, an engineer can be on site with the minimum of delay. Worldwide coverage is undertaken with engineers ready to visit, wherever the need arises. Equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment, problem solving becomes a quick operation at minimal costs.
